Interaction Group is the result of the merger of two companies based on the same values and principles. GBS Global Business Services was established in 2003, to provide solutions enabling businesses to outsource non-strategic activities, so that they could focus their resources on Core Business activities. GBS takes over the management of these processes, providing its services on the basis of defined indicators and focusing on ongoing improvement. The company provides a broad range of services, from the management of administration processes to accounting and expense account control, purchasing and supplier management, corporate fleet management and related activities, customer assistance through Contact Centers. CIsoft Customer Interaction, established over a decade ago, specialised in the Customer Marketing sector, providing technological and organisational consultancy services in the field of Customer Relationship Management. Its target customers are companies desiring to improve customer relations by means of state-of-the-art Information and Communication Technology systems. Over the years, it increased its range of services, integrating them with manager coaching activities (which has now become the People division of Interaction Group), based on the significant educational culture of the P&G world. |
